Returns & Exchanges

Due to sanitary concerns, we do not accept any returns on intimate wears. However, exchanges are allowed if the item is damaged or defective upon opening of package within 7 days of purchase. Under such circumstance, we kindly ask that you do not try on the item. Once exchange is approved, we will e-mail you a prepaid US Postal Service shipping label. When requesting a replacement, please return item back in its original package. Once return is received, allow 10-13 business days for exchange to process.  


As for all other items, returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase. Please return item(s) back in its original package, along with all the accessories, manuals, etc..., where applicable. Buyer is responsible for shipping. Refund will be processed once item is received in full.

Urban Sheek honors your privacy. We do not share or sell any personal information to third party companies, organization, or individuals  outside of Urban Sheek. The information we collect from you will be used to convey your order information or to send you newsletters per your request. To ensure your privacy, we only accept payments through Paypal.  Always double check your invoice and make sure it matches up with your end of the month statements. Please contact us immediately if you have any concerns with your invoice.

Product images may be shared for non-commercial purposes. However, if you're a prospective wholesaler, retailer, etc... please e-mail us for more information.
Shipping & Handlng
Please allow 1-2 business days for orders to be processed. Delivery usually takes 7-10 business days (excluding processing time) to reach its destination. The carrier we use is the US Postal Service. Once payment is complete, we will have your order shipped out and e-mail you a tracking number to track your order. Orders made to US Mllitary APO/ FPO addresses will take longer for delivery. We cannot provide tracking numbers for APO/ FPO addresses.
Free Shipping for purchasess over $50.


We currently only ship to the United States and U.S. Territories. We DO NOT offer International Shipping due to the shipping cost and custom requirements.
